Analytics Logics was created in the summer of 2022 as a new venture, however we have been actively involved with the private equity space since 2004. With being the leaders in the technology sector of private lending, we are always striving to advance the private equity industry by broadening the horizons with what is capable from technology. Being able to anticipate new technologies such as algorithms, artificial intelligence, and data analytics has led us to opening up Analytics Logics with further expansive goals to continue providing the private equity industry with cutting edge and industry leading tech.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to our monthly service Analytics Logics, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  2. Billing and Payments: a. You authorize Analytics Logics to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the subscription fee. b. All fees are non-refundable, and subscription cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  3. Cancellation Policy: a. You may cancel your subscription at any time by suspending your account within the application b. Cancellations made after 12:00am of the first of the month will be effective starting the following month.
  4. Service Changes: Analytics Logics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. In such cases, subscribers will be notified in advance.
  5. User Responsibilities: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the service are the property of Analytics Logics. Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranty: The service is provided “as is” without any warranty, either expressed or implied. Analytics Logics disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  8. Limitation of Liability: Analytics Logics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
  9. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Jackson County, Missouri. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through the judicial system in accordance with the rules of the state of Missouri.
  10. Changes to Terms: Analytics Logics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Analytics Logics performs as a subsidiary product of Liquid Logics. By subscribing to our monthly service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Liquid Logics
